What is the Employer Excellence Programme? 

The Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Programme supports businesses across the hospitality and tourism sector to improve employee engagement and become more attractive places to work. Workbly is an approved survey provider for the programme, meaning we work with you to gather staff feedback, walk you through the results, and help you create a simple, effective plan to improve your workplace.
