For anonymity and statistical integrity, you need a minimum of 5 responses, or 70% of your workforce – whichever is greater.


How long does it take to complete the survey?

On average, the survey takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.


Is the survey accessible on smartphones?

Yes, the survey is designed to be seamlessly accessible on all devices equipped with a standard web browser, including smartphones.


Is the survey anonymous?

Absolutely, the survey is designed to guarantee complete anonymity for all participants.


Should participants complete the survey at home or on-site?

Based on our experience, expecting employees to complete the survey in their personal time away from the workplace tends to result in lower participation rates. To encourage maximum engagement, we recommend allocating dedicated working hours for survey completion.


How long will the survey remain open?

The optimal survey duration is suggested to be two weeks.


What is the anticipated time frame for receiving survey results?

Typically, the processing of survey results requires approximately one month. We will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable time for an in-depth review of the results.


How are surveys distributed to participants?

Survey invitations will be dispatched via email to all employees.


What time commitment is expected from the participating business’s point of contact?

Prior to survey launch, we request a maximum of 1 hour to facilitate setup. Post-survey closure, an additional 2-hour commitment is necessary for comprehensive result analysis. This entails a total time commitment of up to 3 hours, strategically allocated throughout the process.
