Every organisation has a culture whether it has been defined or not.
Wayne & Jacqueline from The Connacht Hospitality Group used the time during lockdown to define their company culture to propel them forward during these challenging times.
We were delighted to support them with building an inclusive Culture Programme where everyone in the business had an input.
Last Friday we had an amazing virtual Culture Launch broadcasting from Sound to Light to the whole team. We also included a fantastic game show hosted by the hilarious Kieran O’Malley.
All of our speakers did an amazing job, including the brilliant Andy Friend from Connacht Rugby.
